Every time I get stuck into a routine, I remember how much time it took me to get to the bottom of the equation, and that was it. The metronomic breathing is one of the best exercises that I have ever seen. It’s fun, it’s effective, and it’s something that I try to do regularly. But as a former workout enthusiast, I’m not sure that I can actually go and do it on a regular basis.
