I like the Fitbit, but there are many others that do a good job for the money.

I tried it for a couple of days and realized that my sleep patterns are pretty random and that I’m usually up at four in the morning (I’m on this app to see if I’m sleeping late), but I got a few hours of sleep and then I woke up with a headache and didn’t feel so great.
