Samsung Announces Galaxy Camera
By Fred Salva

And hereís another photo camera running Android operating system. If you recall, Nikon was the first one to announce an Android 2.3 based camera with touch-screen navigation. While Samsung only continues a newly accepted tendency to put Android on almost anything, their Galaxy Camera looks a lot better than Nikonís. So far we know that the Samsung Galaxy Camera will be equipped with a 4.8 inch HD SuperLCD touch-screen display, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with Touchwiz Nature UX on top, 3G and 4G varieties and Wi-Fi direct connectivity to share content with Wi-Fi Direct capable devices. It is also important to remember that Galaxy Camera isn't just an Android based device Ė itís actually a camera with 21x optical zoom, and a 23mm wide angle lens. I do believe that there will be free Google Play access and if not Ė well, you will be offered to enjoy 35 built-in editing features. The Galaxy Camera will be released to market during Q4 2012.
